CSE achieves “Silver Competency for Cloud Productivity”


Computer Solutions East is now a Microsoft Managed Service Partner with “Silver Competency for Cloud Productivity


August 14, 2017, New York:Computer Solutions East, Inc. (CSE), a Microsoft partner-IT service provider company, was awarded the “Silver Competency for Cloud Productivity” by Microsoft on August 14, 2017. As a holder of this competency, CSE is eligible for Microsoft Hosting, Microsoft Online Services Usage, and Multiple Enterprise Licenses. Also, CSE is now an immediate priority for Microsoft privileges and benefits.


To achieve this certification, a company representative must be able to qualify for exams that would certify him to execute cloud-based business applications of Office 365. With CSE, Technical Services Manager, Eric Fuentes, passed both Exam 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities, and Requirements and Exam 70-347: Enabling Office 365 Services.

New Rochelle, New York –CSE Marketplace is the official e-commerce website of Computer Solutions East, Inc. (CSE). As a Microsoft partner, the website was formed by our programmers through our featured product of Microsoft Azure App Service. It was created to seek potential clients who would opt for one-stop shops that could supply their technology needs. It has been successfully operational for its online consumers since its launch on June 2, 2017. It is the brainchild of CSE's founders, Allen Hamaoui and Luke Celente.

Computer Solutions East Co-Hosted a Webinar with Microsoft


A webinar on Windows Server 2003 End of Support was co-hosted by CSE and Microsoft.


New Rochelle, NY: On May 7, 2015, Computer Solutions East and Microsoft co-hosted a webinar on Windows Server 2003 End of Support. The goal of the event was to inform all Windows Server 2003 users what end of support means to them and their businesses. The hosts shared their thoughts on what to expect after Microsoft ends support for the operating system and their knowledge on which operating system to turn to.


The Speakers. The event was facilitated by Stephen Deming and Victor Sai. Stephen is a Partner Solutions Advisor from Microsoft. He has conducted several seminars and discussions that helped a lot of Microsoft products users. With the experience and knowledge he has being a Microsoft Advisor, he showed the attendees what to expect and the next best step after Windows Server 2003. He also discussed some of the features and technology of the newer versions of Windows Server.


Victor is the Sales Manager of Computer Solutions East. He has been assisting customers with their IT needs and purchases. During the webinar, he shared some customer experiences that he dealt with regarding Windows Server 2003 upgrades and the benefits of having an up-to-date operating system.


He pointed out that supporting Office 365 needs a lot of training and costs high. Telco companies may offer software suites at a lower cost but the savings will never justify the interruptions that could occur. IT Services Providers were built to support their clients with their IT Network, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Security Policies, and other IT needs. It is their expertise and it is what they are for.


Microsoft announced that the company will no longer support Windows Server 2003 starting July 14, 2015. Users are advised to start laying their migration plans in order to avoid downtimes, delays, security treats, data loss, etc.

Channel Pro Network is a media company that focuses on small and midsize IT marketplace. It delivers expert opinions, analyses, news, product reviews, and advice vital to a channel partner’s business success. On their March 2015 issue, they released an article about telecommunications companies selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) packages to their SMB customers.


In the article, Celente said that Small and Midmarket businesses’ networks and infrastructures are unpredictable, complex, and extremely difficult to manage. They require preparedness and expertise to keep them reliable and productive. He also mentioned that he sees business opportunities in supporting customers with the disorder he expects the telco companies would create. He even cited a scenario where a telco company sold phone systems specifically designed for small businesses and failed terribly.

Port Chester, New York's Capitol Theatre, in the 1970s, was a great performance space for rock and roll. The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Janis Joplin, Traffic, David Bowie and Phish played there.

 

The great theatre was designed by noted theater architect Thomas W. Lamb and built in 1926.
