One of our clients, Alpha Medical Equipment, works relentlessly for enabling the Medical Diagnostic Imaging equipment to hospitals and medical professionals. Most of their works involve taking projects from the competitive bid to room planning, installation, training, and service. And since the majority of their processes require a high level of integration and agility, they were looking to overhaul the current IT infrastructure without ballooning the costs.
They consulted us as we help plan the major makeshift in their then-current IT systems through modern endpoint management from scratch. We recommended the convergence of multiple technologies and end-user dynamics to catalyze the adoption of end-to-end managed services. Therefore, we came up with modern solutions bundled with a range of tools tailored around Microsoft’s key offerings right from Windows 10 to Office 365 and even Microsoft Azure.
Project Brief
Alpha Medical Equipment wanted a quick turnaround, albeit with all the possible managed services designed to their requirements. The primary task of requirement gathering involved in-depth discussions around their offerings, future goals, and customer-facing issues. And in response, we came up with a constructive analysis indicating the need for a robust portfolio of managed services that include full-stack Microsoft Endpoint Manager for each configured device coupled with a few value-added software subscriptions. The idea was to bolster growth by tapping in the possible efficiency through improved employee productivity and satisfaction.
It was a project that involved custom configuration of 70+ systems with the latest version of Windows 10 to begin with. Apart from that, we configured and implemented emails with security policy enabled with Multi-Factor Authentication. We provisioned a walkthrough of MFA for BYOD as well to ensure high-level security across multiple access points. Moreover, we ensured providing the Advanced Threat Protection. We offered the best line-up of Microsoft Business Licenses packaged with Microsoft MS 365 pro plus and add-on licenses to ensure security.
This project required a significant backend work for our Microsoft Certified experts to configure the systems from scratch at our offices and delivering it as a part of the whole package. We leveraged the Microsoft Partner portal to get things done remotely and provided our client with the top-notch, fully loaded systems. It also includes customized security for devices that restricts employees from downloading or storing any external information on their devices since it was imperative considering the domain in which the client functioned. We also adhered to their compliance requirements for the same reasons as all their IT systems need to be fully compliant. We must follow the necessary security guidelines that apply to the medical equipment manufacturing industry without compromising the usability experience of Microsoft products. Moreover, our systematic on-site implementation of sophisticated IT systems ensured zero escalation since the client encountered no issues during and after the project.
Redefining Business Functions with Microsoft Azure Certified Services
Such a major evolutionary leap would be incomplete without implementing Microsoft Azure to ensure secure data storage over the cloud to drive business growth. Our goal was to enable a plethora of Microsoft apps to run on and integrate with Azure to enhances the service capabilities and leverage compatibility to the fullest. For this, we also integrated Azure Active Directory identity management with their on-premise application to help secure application access to Microsoft online services involving Office 365 and other SaaS applications.
End-to-end Offerings
We enabled an end to end solution starting from an entire email setup, securing it, and allowing them the latest, secured systems. Microsoft considers these compliances, but even we ensure that they are following all the protocols, and data security is guaranteed. Our offerings involved negating all possible vulnerabilities in their IT system and replacing it with a secure Office 365 infrastructure through a holistic implementation by leveraging the dynamic capacities of end-to-end solutions that emphasize the seamless connection between multiple Microsoft services.
We delivered loaded their laptops with the subscription licenses to tailor PC-as-a-service. A modern overhaul blended with the Microsoft subscription for end-to-end managed services offerings addressed their need for the optimized integration across departments for critical functions. We provided dedicated engineers on-site to ensure the smooth adaptability for a variety of professional and managed services. Moreover, our staff helped essential personnel plan, create, and manage the complementary software throughout the Microsoft stack.
A significant part of deliverables involved a comprehensive set of services that had Microsoft Intune coupled with Mobile Device Management Policies. It also enables integrating new systems with their mobile devices through Intune MDM Enrollment that drives work securely across multiple devices. Moreover, the package contained our premium offering of Microsoft 365 Security Baseline, allowing a client to yield augmented security through a redefined management process and modern information exchange and secured accessibility on registered devices. For this, we configured the Office ATP and setup and AIP base policies as well.
